We offer 12 gluten-free sprouted grains and flours! All of our sprouted gluten-free products are Elisa tested to ensure 10 ppm or less gluten.
Amaranth, Barley, Black Beans, Brown Rice, Buckwheat, Yellow and Blue Corn, Einkorn, Garbanzo Beans, KAMUT®, Lentils, Millet, Oats, Quinoa, Rye, Sorghum, Spelt, Red Wheat, and White Wheat.
We do not handle tree nuts, peanuts, or soy. The only allergen in our main facility is wheat. We also have a dedicated gluten-free facility.
Shelf-Life for sprouted grains: 2-3+ years in air-tight containers, out of direct sunlight
Shelf-Life for sprouted flours: 6 months in pantry, 10 months in refrigerator, 14 months in freezer.
Please store grains and flours in proper air-free containers such as pails with gamma lids for pantry storage beyond four weeks.
