Online Shopping Policies
For the safety of all To Your Health online customers, we do not re-sell returned items, regardless of their condition; therefore, all sales at To Your Health are final. All ingredients for To Your Health’s flours are posted on the website. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand them, and to select only those items that are safe for their specific diet.
To Your Health accepts pre-authorized returns for the following reasons only:
- The item was damaged during shipment.
- The item is defective.
- To Your Health mills fresh per online order. Our flours do not sit on the shelf or in a warehouse; therefore, orders should not be spoiled or expiration dates expired unless due to unforeseen shipping circumstances such as loss of package, etc. In this instance we will review individual requests for return.
Refund Policy:
To request a refund or return of an order you have placed with To Your Health via web site, contact customer support by email (toyourhealth@mon-cre.net) or by phone (toll-free 877-401-6837) within 30 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, you name and contact information, and the reason for your refund request. Please refer to the above following reasons for acceptable refund requests.
If you receive authorization, specific instructions on returning the items will be sent to you via email.
Order Cancellation Policy:
To cancel an order you have placed with To Your Health, contact customer support by email toyourthealth at (use the @ symbol) mon-cre.net or by phone (toll-free 877-401-6837). Provide your order number, your name and contact information, and the reason for your cancellation.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request authorization to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
