Are SARMs Safe? How To Minimize The Risks Of Using SARMs
SARMs are not illegal. Let’s get that one right out of the way at the start here. But are
Read moreAnother passion of mine is bodybuilding. As I want to cover lots of different topics on my personal site here, then bodybuilding, supplements, and SARMs, are definitely things I’m going to be touching on frequently. I want to update my journey online so others can benefit from my experiences.
About three years ago I was bodybuilding naturally. I cut some fat, bulked up, and felt really good. I realized after eight months that I was hitting a glass ceiling and I couldn’t break through it. I started using natural bodybuilding supplements, and they pushed me through that first glass ceiling, but I quickly hit a second one.
SARMs turned out to be the answer for me. Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators. However, not all SARMs work in that way, and many substances classed as SARMs work differently in the body, and are not anabolic/androgenic (mimicking testosterone) in nature at all. You’ll get the lowdown on every single one of the main SARMs in use (there are seven main ones) in my blog posts.
I’ll tell you exactly what each SARM does in detailed reviews. I’ll tell you about my experiences with it, and tell you how to be careful avoiding all those crazy before and after photos and stories out there which are simply untrue. So, I’ll be honest about you with how realistic massive gains are in short space of time.
Suffice to say, SARMs aren’t effort free. But if you put in the effort, you work hard, and do your cardio to cut fat as well, you will definitely pack on massive bulk, cut fat, build strength and endurance, and recover faster using SARMs.
But the thing I learned quickly is that the potency of SARMs lays in stacking them. Two or three SARMs stacked intelligently can really multiply the benefits far quicker than using them individually.
I’ll also cover the topic that is often neglected around SARMs use: post cycle recovery (therapy). This is PCT supplements, it’s cutting out the SARMs, and using things like Nolvadex and Clomid to give your body a break and recover your testosterone levels. It’s important, because if you ignore it, you can suffer permanent reductions in natural testosterone production levels.
So this category will cover my experiences with bodybuilding, supplements, and especially my use of SARMs over the past couple of years or so. I’ll tell you how stacking works best, and tell you about the combos work best for bulking, cutting, strength, and recovery.
Everything you need to know that using SARMs safely is here based on my own experiences. Unfortunately, you’re not going to get anything completely 100% concrete about using SARMs, because they just have never been tested for the purposes of bodybuilding. However, the anecdotal evidence from me and others is that if used sensibly alongside hard work, SARMs can generally transform your physique without the dangers associated with anabolic steroids.
